I will return to write my opinion of this excellent book - but right now I am so excited that I finally located the name of this book - because I lent it to someone ? several years ago - and it wasn't returned. After my unsuccessful efforts to locate who I lent it to - I can't waste a minute to quickly reorder it!! I have read an endless amount of books on oil and gas over my past 32 years in the business - but this one is the best I have ever read on conducting a proper title examination!!!!! BE BACK ......gotta order real quick!!!
